It was a good day when we found Terry and decided to retain her to put Mom's affairs in order. What a terrible mess her affairs were in. Terry quickly put us at ease and very professionally began putting things into a working matrix for us. Mom's investments were all tied up in bearer bonds, mul...tiple investments, real estate in Florida, CD's and bank accounts. Terry needed to change a poorly, and previously written trust into a trust that would better protect her assets. She was able to have all of her Florida real estate and other assets placed into a properly written trust. The company holding Mom's bearer bonds would now accept the power of attorney signature created by Terry. The New York lawyer that had done the original trust used language that wasn't acceptable by any of Mom's banking institutions. This was all taken care of by Terry. We have, and will continue to recommend her services to any that ask.
