Terry Cipriani

Terry Cipriani helped my family in two (2) Estate dispursements and in immediate family Estate Planning. Terry guided us with clear explanations of options and processing of selected measures. These included processing two (2) family wills in which my wife was appointed Executor (something she had ...never done before) and establishing our personal estate plan; including our wills, health proxies, and setting up trust for our children. We were and are completely satisfied with the progression and outcomes of these endeavors.

I worked with Ms. Cipriani on 2 different occasions, one with my mother when she needed to hire an expert in Estate Planning, and then again, when I needed to get my own paperwork in order. Ms Cipriani was recommended to me by one of our church members who had engaged her to do her estate planning. I found that Ms Cipriani was extremely thorough,professional as well as concerned and caring in her dealings with me and my family. She made it her business to explain everything that was ...necessary in order to accomplish the correct end result....which was to save my family (sons) as much money as possible at my demise.. All important documents were carefully and successfully handled,stored in their proper places and easily accessible. I was most happy and pleased with her services, which also were reasonably priced. The only drawback was the distance in traveling, but it was and is well worth it.!!

My family went to Terry after another Lawyer had completely mishandled the estate of our cousin. Not only did she untangle the mess the other Lawyer had gotten us into, but completed probating the will and setting the estate in order in a timely, professional and compassionate manner. It was a good day when we found Terry and decided to retain her to put Mom's affairs in order. What a terrible mess her affairs were in. Terry quickly put us at ease and very professionally began putting things into a working matrix for us. Mom's investments were all tied up in bearer bonds, mul...tiple investments, real estate in Florida, CD's and bank accounts. Terry needed to change a poorly, and previously written trust into a trust that would better protect her assets. She was able to have all of her Florida real estate and other assets placed into a properly written trust. The company holding Mom's bearer bonds would now accept the power of attorney signature created by Terry. The New York lawyer that had done the original trust used language that wasn't acceptable by any of Mom's banking institutions. This was all taken care of by Terry. We have, and will continue to recommend her services to any that ask.
