We are experienced municipal litigators, heavily steeped in the culture of education that is New York, with an active practice before the New York State Education Department and the Commissioner of Education in Albany. We are also capable of consulting with and representing individuals in federal court, throughout the United States.
There is a fee for all consultations, whether by phone or in-person. This fee must be paid, prior to speaking with one of our attorneys. We accept payment by Zelle, certified check or money order. We strongly advise in-person appointments, so that we can review your documentation in a confidential setting.
