Patricia is a native Long Islander. She attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York. After studying abroad, she attended Albany Law School of Union University. Patricia began her practice focusing on matrimonial and family law with the Tippins Law Firm in Troy, New York. Patricia subsequently relocated to Miami where she continued her concentration on complex domestic relations matters with Gerald I. Kornreich & Associates, P.A. She subsequently became a non-equity partner of Stack Fernandez Anderson & Harris, P.A., a south Florida law firm with a diverse practice which included matrimonial and family law matters. Patricia opened a law firm in 2002, and dedicated a majority of her practice to matrimonial and family law matters, as well as appellate advocacy. Over the course of her twenty-eight year career, she has developed considerable experience addressing complex and uncontested matrimonial and family law matters involving divorce, custody, visitation, spousal and child support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, post-judgment modification and enforcement, paternity, relocation, grandparent visitation, and pre and post-nuptial agreements. Patricia also possesses significant appellate experience, which includes matters of first impression concerning father’s parental rights and continuing support for adult disabled and dependent children. Patricia has participated in multi-jurisdictional and international matters, and she works closely with expert forensic accountants to obtain the best possible results for her clients. She has been appointed by the courts on numerous occasions as a guardian ad litem and attorney advocate for minor children, and she has been recognized by the Bar for her Pro Bono efforts assisting victims of domestic violence, indigent clients and minor children. Her admissions include New York, Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. Patricia's practice is now located on Long Island, New York, and she represents clients throughout Suffolk, Nassau, Kings, Queens and New York counties.
