Joseph Peter Militello

Joseph, was referred to us by a family member to assist in the closing of our first home. As first time home buyers/owners we were not knowledgeable with the closing process. We met with Joseph several times (including Satruday's) and he explained the contract and closing process/procedures to ensur...e clarity on our end. There was some back and forth with the sellers and Joseph made every effort to work for our requests on the contract. We were living in Long Island at the time and purchasing our house in Westchester Country and he made the trip to Westchester County to attend the closing, with no questions asked. The home buying process is long and can be confusing and Joseph made every attempt to walk us through the process so we were clear on what was going on. I would recommend Joseph to friends and family if they require an attorney for Real Estate closings.
