Joseph, was referred to us by a family member to assist in the closing of our first home. As first time home buyers/owners we were not knowledgeable with the closing process. We met with Joseph several times (including Satruday's) and he explained the contract and closing process/procedures to ensur...e clarity on our end. There was some back and forth with the sellers and Joseph made every effort to work for our requests on the contract. We were living in Long Island at the time and purchasing our house in Westchester Country and he made the trip to Westchester County to attend the closing, with no questions asked. Joe is extremely professional, always on top of things and was aggressive and smart when getting me a settlement from my insurance company. Joe is polished, in my experience with other attorneys-- they seem to be disorganized with files everywhere.
