Jessica Christine Zucconi

Upon graduating Law School in 2002, Jessica began to practice Real Estate for a firm in Queens, N.Y.  She handled a wide array of residential and commercial real estate transactions during her time at the firm.  In 2003, Jessica began working as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County under the Honorable Denis Dillon.  As an Assistant District Attorney, Jessica conducted a multitude of pre-trial hearings as well as trials on both misdemeanor and felony cases.  She prosecuted many times of crimes, including, violent crimes, such as Rape in the First Degree and Attempted Murder.  In 2006, Jessica left the District Attorney's Office and began working for a Criminal Defense Firm in Nassau County.  Jessica gained extremely valuable experience as a defense attorney and has handled both misdemeanor and felony cases from arriagnments to trial.  In her most recent trial in June of 2014, Jessica tried a Felony Gun Possession case in Riverhead, New York and her client was acquitted of the two (2) top charges of Criminal Possession and Robbery.  

Jessica also practices heavily in the area of Family Law and Matrimonial Law.  She has handled both unconstested and contested divorce proceedings in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and New York City Courts.  Additionally, she handles all Family Court matters including custody/visitation, paternity and child support matters.  Jessica's trial experience has helped her tremendously in the area of Family and Matrimonial Law. Often times, Jessica will assist other attorneys and/or firms on their cases by writing pre-trial motions, orders to show cause and post-judgment motions.
