Biography
Mr. Pammer received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While at Touro Law, he served as the President of the Student Bar Association, Vice-President of the Suffolk County Bar Association Student Committee, was a member of the Mock Trial team, and published a monthly column in the Suffolk Lawyer. Additionally, Mr. Pammer drafted the rules for the Office of Court Administration’s Poor Persons Application in relation to pro bono uncontested divorce. Mr. Pammer earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Purdue University Global, where he was President of the Chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society. Prior to establishing Batarseh Pammer, PLLC, Mr. Pammer was an Partner at another matrimonial and family law firm in Suffolk County and previous to that was an associate practicing primarily in the area of education, administrative and labor law.

Paid over 7k and the minimum was done took the money and ran
I paid George pammer and montefusco for two retainers . They did the minimum and did not work for their money . He kept charging against my retainer for 1-3 minute phone calls that weren’t even with me . They were with my it who has supervision over my kids .then wanted to take it to trial . What am ...

Replied last March 15, 2022Myself and my office worked diligently on your behalf, which included attending to court conferences in your absence. I am rather disappointed that you did not respond to my office, you did not follow the court orders, you did not provide any medical documentation and left the state for several months. You did not return phone calls or emails and failed to abide the parenting time orders. You never provided any proof whatsoever of a social security disability. Unfortunately, you the client, made it impossible to provide the high level of legal representation that my office provides.
