Disappears in the middle of a custody battle

I had been working with Grosso for several months. She was representing me in a custody battle. She spoke a good game at the beginning convincing me that I had a great chance and she'd be the best to represent me. Boy was in wrong. Not only did she do little to assist me in Zoom meetings and in confe...rence calls, she disappeared in the middle of the case. Without any warning or notice at all, I get a message from the Paralegal that she will no longer be representing me and has left the firm. Months of work, thousands of dollars, all wasted down the drain. The firm had no choice but to hand me over to the next available attorney. I had to explain things all over to this new person that I did not vibe with at all. It pushed my case back months, and put myself and my family in a horrible situation. I understand taking advantage of situations where you can grow and prosper. But to leave me high and dry like that was flat out wrong. My kids had to deal with the current situation longer than needed because all had to be reestablished. And the new lawyer was not given all the information that was discussed or discovered with Grosso. I was put in a really bad spot it cost me a lot of money and time, that I will never get back. I was extremely disappointed and abandoned.

A Human Attorney With A Heart

Elizabeth "Beth" Grosso is an attorney who actually listens to her clients. I was going through a divorce and felt completely lost. Many lawyers disregard feelings and only concentrate on the cold, hard facts of law (which, of course, is sometimes necessary). However, Beth Grosso seems to do it al...l. She listens with her heart, responds accordingly and interjects the law, the fact pattern, the legal ramifications and proper courses of action with such a refreshingly human touch. Going through a divorce is bad enough, and I hope you never have to, but if you do, call on Beth Grosso to make it as easy and as painless as possible.

I would recommend Beth Grosso

In addition to Beth's knowledge of marital law and the Court system, her infectious personality truly helped me through a very difficult time. Beth is not only an attorney who knows the in's & out's of the legal situation I am in but she has made dealing with my circumstances much more palatable. B...eth communicates very well with me and answers my questions - even when I am over-the-top (she can't be held accountable for when the Court or my adversary cause delays). While I wish I was not in a situation to require an attorney, I am pleased that Beth was recommended to me. Beth is professional but also friendly enough to make me feel comfortable and I felt "safe" knowing she was representing me.

Relationship: Friend

"Elizabeth handled a matter for a family member of mine after I recommended her to my cousin and from beginning to end she handled the matter in a professional matter. She went above and beyond to make sure that my cousin had a fair resolution. When the divorce was being delayed by the other side she used her expertise to make sure the matter would not stall. I would recommend Beth to anyone that is going through a divorce and needs an attorney that will fight for their best interest."
