Robert James Delcol

I hire Delcol for my divorce proceedings. Talk about stress from my divorce... he doubled it. I seemed to be a low priority to him... Could never get a call back from his office.. He was an embarrassment in the court room on multiple occasions to where the judge was smacking him around. He showed lat...e on multiple occasions to court so i went up by my self and had to be recalled. But he was never late asking for his outrageous fee. He was clearly not a divorce attny as my husbands attny was even smacking him around in from of the judge... What come to mind is a deer in the head lights.. Seemed to me he was the one dragging on the case.. When it was finally all said and done after 11 months he got me nothing but a large bill.... If i could give him zero stars i would.

If there were 0 stars I could give I would. All Robert Del Cole cared about is money. He was unresponsive and did not help during my father's appeal. After my father's appeal was denied the only notification we received was from his secretary Kaitlin via email. Robert never returned any phone calls, ...emails, or any correspondence. His secretary Kaitlin would say that she would forward our contact info. yet we still never heard anything from Robert. The only time he would contact us was to see when we would be sending him money. He is by far the worst lawyer and my family and I are very disappointed in his services or lack of. I would never recommend any family to hire Robert Del Cole unless they would like to deal with an unresponsive, non compassionate person.

Came recommended. Made the mistake of letting him handle my divorce. Would have been better off representing myself. Never explained anything to me or answered my questions. Wouldn't respond to any phone calls. Had his secretary say he wasn't in. Did absolutely nothing to get me what I lawfully deser...ved. In the end, if you need heart surgery you see a cardiologist. If you're getting divorced, you see a divorce attorney not a criminal one who just takes your money and could care less about the outcome. And by the way, I hear he is now in need of his own criminal attorney.

Mr. Del Col represented me in a very complicated narcotics case. From the moment he stepped into the Courtroom, he was in control. Seeing him in Court is amazing. He literally takes over. He is very smart and his trial skills are something to behold. It’s obvious that everyone, including the Jud...ges, like and, most of all, respect him. He works around the clock and never stops. It’s not unusual for him to call or text late into the night if he is working on a motion and has a question. The man is a brilliant, dedicated and highly skilled attorney. In my case, other lawyers I spoke to told me to plea from a felony down to a misdemeanor but with Bob, I beat the case flat out. If I was convicted of anything, it would have ruined my life. If you’re in trouble, this is the lawyer you need. He is an unstoppable force. There is one thing you should know about Bob: he won’t tolerate a whiner or, as he puts it, “no crybabies allowed”. If you start whining, he’ll throw you out of his office. Bob is tough as nails and as smart as they come.

I was represented by this Attorney in 2002 when I was Arrested for a serious Weapon charge. I was facing a 3-6 minimum. The cops stop, search & arrest was totally wrong. This was as simple as an Attorney doing his job rite. he knows the law as well as any Attorney I've ever used. Most clients complai...n that he doesn't return phone calls. If he returned every phone call,, he wouldn't have time to do his job. I would recommend this Attorney to anyone who has a legal matter large or small. He always prevails!!!!!!!!!!!
