Mr, Caputo took care of me and my wife during the process of the sale of our home, An issue came up regarding the non recording of a payoff by a previous bank during an interest reduction back in 2009. He's actions was the sole reason the closing went through. He gave us a true heads up on all the di...fferent road blocks that could cause a delay in the closing, but they never materialized.
