I was very happy with the services Robert Caputo provided for my house sale. Contract was so convenient for me, all done remotely, I was able to send required documents and do my signing via e signature. Closing was a distance away and inconvenient for me, so he arranged a pre-signing at his local o...ffice. Every document I needed to sign was explained to me and gave me complete confidence in the process. Proceeds went to account specified quickly, all final documents emailed to me. The whole process of selling my house was made convenient and pleasant. I highly recommend Robert Caputo and his office!

Robert has closed two homes, a multi-family property and a commercial building for me. He also closed several homes for my family. A few issues came up with properties he was closing for me and my family. Robert went above and beyond to get through those hurdles and efficiently close the properti...es. He had a great rapport with the other parties attorneys, banks and title companies. Robert and his staff are the best! They are all friendly, knowledgeable, organized, honest, and driven to get your property closed. They care about everyone involved in the transaction and make you feel like family!

Mr, Caputo took care of me and my wife during the process of the sale of our home, An issue came up regarding the non recording of a payoff by a previous bank during an interest reduction back in 2009. He's actions was the sole reason the closing went through. He gave us a true heads up on all the di...fferent road blocks that could cause a delay in the closing, but they never materialized. I have only good things to say about Mr. Caputo as a Lawyer and a person. He listens and he returns your phone calls. True Professional!!!

Royally screwed us out of buying a home. We did an inspection 5 weeks ago. They’ve been holding onto our check for 3 weeks and we have been sitting on our hands this entire time just to find out the sellers are backing out and no we have to close on our house with 4 kids and no house to go to. They a...re rude, unprofessional, incompetent and selfish. The funny part is we used Rob to buy our house 3 years ago and they look and sound like they have completely fell apart since. Absolute nightmare.
