Replied last July 17, 2017This client has posted an inaccurate statement and has refused to retract. On the date the negative review was posted, not only had her file been returned, but despite work being performed, a full refund of her retainer was provided. A request for a retraction and/or correction was requested which was met with a nasty response and refusal to correct.
