I had the unfortunate idea of hiring Mrs Mercurio for a family matter of child support. The line of communication with her has been horrible at best, barely returning my phone calls or emails but she was very quick to get my credit card information when i decided to hire her. I ended up having to do ...all the work myself while she was just showing up to Court doing basically nothing. Be aware since she had some personal/family issues she dropped the ball on many cases. I am sorry if she was going through tough times but unfortunately if she is not able to keep family and business separate she shouldn't be practicing the law. Save your money and look elsewhere. She won't represent you properly
