Christine L. McVicker

I am an Of Counsel attorney at Futterman Lanza, LLP, where my practice focuses on residential real estate, estate planning, Medicaid, probate, and administration proceedings. I guide clients through every step of their real estate transactions—from negotiating the Contract of Sale to closing—ensuring that the process is clear, efficient, and stress-free.

I joined Futterman Lanza in 2017, bringing over a decade of legal experience in real estate and estate planning. Prior to that, I managed my own law firm for more than 11 years and previously worked at a prominent Long Island law firm, where I gained extensive experience handling estate planning, probate, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and commercial transactions. My background also includes forming corporate entities, preparing estate tax returns, and representing clients in the purchase and sale of franchises.

I pride myself on providing each client with personalized attention, practical advice, and responsive communication. Whether I am helping a family close on their first home, plan for the future, or navigate estate matters after a loved one’s passing, my focus is always on protecting their interests and ensuring peace of mind.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where I was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Award for Excellence in the Elder Law Clinic. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Management from St. Joseph’s College and an Associate of Applied Science in Office Technology from Suffolk County Community College. I am admitted to practice law in New York.
