Laura Elizabeth Comer

After graduating from Dowling College with my Bachelors Degree in Accountingin 1993, I started my career working in mid-sized CPA firms in New York.  While working during the day,  I attended law school at night, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Touro College School of Law in 2002.  I then worked for several years in corporate tax departments, where I went on to become a Tax Manager for a large multi-national corporation.

I left the corporate world in 2013 and started my own business so that I could help small business owners and individuals achieve their financial goals.  I provide my clients with the highest quality professional bookkeeping, accounting and tax services at reasonable rates, because I know every dollar counts.  I want small businesses to know that my accounting services are affordable, and well worth the cost.  The average small business only requires 1-4 hours of bookkeeping and accounting time per month, and provides the owner with important information about their business' performance, as well as the peace of mind that comes with knowing the business is in order.  These benefits are key for both new and established businesses when planning for growth and profitability.

I am able to fully and efficiently serve my clients remotely through online accounting solutions like Quickbooks Online or Xero, as well as my secure client portal.  My goal is to take the stress out of the financial part of my client's business so they can focus on what they do best - running a business.
