Would not recommend
Very unprofessional, rude, and very hard to get a straight answer from in regards to your case. Inconsistent and does not return phone calls. Very sad what has happened to greed in lawyers who paneled with 18B since covid ( and that is what a colleague has told us about this situation).

Excellent real estate experience

"When I worked in the District Attorney's office I found Mr. Kaufman to be a very strong advocate for his clients. He was not just looking for a standard plea deal, he went the extra mile. Now that I am in private practice, I refer a lot of my personal injury cases his way and I am extremely happy with the way his professional office staff has handled my clients. Richard has earned great respect from both the bench and the bar. I would trust Richard to handle any complex litigation."
