I would not recommend hiring this attorney if you want any type of communication or attention to detail from your attorney. I hired Karen and spoke to her on the phone maybe two times in a matter of months. Phone calls are not returned, often replies by email once in a blue moon. Showed up to court... unprepared, misstated facts to the judge, seemed like she reviewed my case only when she got to the court room. If you want to save money and your case is not that important to you maybe Karen is the way to go, but if it is important to you and you want to be able to speak to your attorney I would not recommend her. I do not know if it is due to the fact she may have too many cases to put the time into them or she felt my case was not important compared to whatever else she had going on, but I was extremely dissatisfied and asked multiple times if I should seek other council if she did not have the time to put into my case, voicing my concerns, but in the end I had to retain new council and it was the best decision I have mad thus far.

Mrs .Villar I will never recommend her to anyone she promises you everything the minute you retainer she doesn’t do anything for you she doesn’t care about her clients The only thing she cares is how much money she puts in her pocket she doesn’t Address anything to the judge and they drive the case a...s long as they can to make more money there is no justice their attorneys take over the court. They don’t even judge directions. Horrible experience for families specially children what they have to go through! I will never recommend this attorney to no one

Karyn is an absolute saint! I obtained another lawyer when I was first served with divorce papers-needless to say he was absolutely horrible. A friend provided me with Karyn's contact information and I switched attorneys mid-way because she was that good. She is professional and truly listens. She... fights for her clients! She is extremely responsive if you reach out to her with any type of question or concern-even on weekends/nights she responds. Her staff are also excellent regarding response time! I'm so sorry I didn't know about Karyn when I first obtained a lawyer. Having Karyn as my attorney was a game changer for me and I am so appreciative for all her hard work and efforts fighting for me. If you have concerns about this attorney-DON'T, retain her right away she is that good! She doesn't string you along to try and nickel and dime you! She wants what's best for her clients in the shortest amount of time! She truly was a godsent!! The BEST of the BEST!!! If it wasn't for Karyn I would've had a very different result and I'm thankful every day that I found her! She is the real deal!!!

As my bill was reaching the sky and I was being talked in circles it became very clear that this attorney is for someone other than her clients. Mostly she takes a man's side even it is against her client who is paying her. She gives misinformation and guides you to do things that will benefit the ...person who is ruining your life and clearly a monster before she does what is ethical and decent. I was constantly told what his rights were and what my rights were not. The part of the discussions that were my rights became blurry under her interpretation. In one minute you are given hope that justice will be done and in the next second you are being told the person lying cheating and stealing while ruining your life deserves everything. The Bar Association will not be pleased with this. Upon legal advice from someone who cares for their clients especially women and children she is giving incorrect information and withholding the law to benefit the person she should be defending you from.
