Exceptional guidance

I had a great experience working with Thomas on a tenant/landlord issue. He was diligent, honest, and took the time to clearly lay out my options. His counsel helped me understand the situation and resolve the matter. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him.

Thank you, Anton. Helping tenants and landlords across Long Island understand their options under New York law and reach a clean resolution is exactly why I do this work, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Responsive, Thorough, and Honest

In a pinch, I called Thomas on a Sunday afternoon to get help reviewing a lease agreement. I briefly explained the situation and he simply responded, "text me the lease". After some additional clarifying texts, I left Thomas to do his work and by that evening, he provided a comprehensive review of th...e lease. He told us the good, the bad, and the very bad. Ultimately, Thomas saved my family and I from a potentially disastrous situation. Will definitely be coming to him with any future residential legal matters.

Joseph, this one means a lot. Protecting a family from signing a bad lease is the part of practicing law that still matters most to me after 27 years, and I am glad I could be there when you needed it.
