I was impressed and pleasantly surprised when Mr. Murtha answered the phone himself. Such of breath of fresh air getting a quick response. The consultation was truly complimentary. No aggressive sales pitch. It was simply factual information that addressed my eviction concerns. As far as pricing, it ...was also nice to hear a reasonable flat fee as opposed to the retainer fee which can sometimes be very unsettling. In my experience, how you do one thing, is how you do everything, and I feel very good about hiring Mr. Murtha for my future eviction suits. I'm confident you will have a positive updated review from me and my folks about the quality and efficiency of the eviction suits.

My brother and I hired this man for my mother who has dementia. He would only talk with her even though we paid him. We told him she wasn't a reliable source of information but he would not listen. He did ultimately get the tenant out but it took much longer than proposed and I don't feel he did anyt...hing that we could not have done for free. The process is all online and the forms on the court website. He was rude, dismissive and expensive. I would not recommend him at all.

Do not be tempted to hire Mr. Murtha for your legal needs. I found him to be extremely careless, often taking shortcuts which were convenient for him to resolve my matter while disadvantageous for me, the client. Although I tolerated this treatment, often being dismissed by him, I was still not able ...to achieve my objective. As I started to express my disappointment, with how my case was being handled, he became increasingly angry with me, resulting in our eventual breakdown in communications. This left me feeling hopeless and wondering who my next lawyer needed to be. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your legal needs.

James is very skillful and experienced and he really knows his stuff. He answered all of my questions and was always there when I had an issue and he was always polite even when I know I was being a pest. He put my mind at ease and the eviction of my tenant went very smooth and fast. He is the best a...nd I would use him again in a heartbeat.
