Jay Edmond Russ Esq. CCEP serves as the President of Russ and Russ, PC specializing in commercial law, Healthcare Law and complex litigations. Mr. Russ is on the Board of Directors of EmblemHealth and is Chairman of the Compliance Committee of the Board and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Russ graduated from Hofstra University School of Law with a JD degree in 1974 and was admitted to practice in New York State in l975. He is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
