For instance, I have a consumer debt protection division that is committed to helping everyday people with consumer debt related issues and problems. We represent individuals that are being sued for unpaid debt, have judgments entered against them or their wages are being garnished. We are also committed to assisting consumers against any unfair and deceptive debt collection practices and assisting individuals that are being abused and harassed by debt collection agencies.

My personal injury department represents individuals in variety of personal injury cases who have been harmed through the negligence or intentional acts of others. My philosophy is to be very aggressive and prepare every cases is if it going to be presented before a jury.  We prosecute all types of accident and personal injury cases, including, but not limited to motor vehicles accidents, construction accidents, slip and fall cases and dog bite cases.

Finally, for the last (10) years, I have successfully represented hundreds of medical doctors and healthcare professionals, including orthopedist, radiologists, chiropractors, internal medical physicians, physical therapist, and so on, against insurance carriers for unpaid no-fault medical bills.
