Biography
Albert Dumaual’s practice includes Tax and Estate Planning. Albert holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the NYU School of Law. Albert earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was recognized as an Honors Scholar and a Public Interest Law Fellow and received several awards at graduation. Albert is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science.
During law school, Albert held significant internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, the Nassau County Surrogate’s Department, and the Hon. Kevin J. Kerrigan of Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term. Since joining the firm, Albert has lectured on a wide range of tax topics, including foreign bank account reporting requirements, charitable deductions, innocent spouse relief, and passive activity losses.
Albert is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. Albert is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
