Very professional and knowledgeable real estate attorney

We hired Adam as our attorney as first-time home buyers. He was super helpful in answering any and every question we had and was very prompt in getting back to us and the seller's attorney with deliverable items. Closing was seamless and all questions we had during the process were answered in laym...an's terms, which was appreciated. The process of purchasing a home was made easier by Adam and we thank him and his staff greatly.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I have been working with Adam Mottola since 2005. In that time I have seen him handle numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions and Landlord/Tenant matters. Adam takes the time to simplify these often complex areas of the law to our clients and makes them feel as comfortable as possible during what can be very stressful times. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for representation in a real estate transaction or Landlord/Tenant matter."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Adam came recommended highly and assisted my (non-NY) client with the purchase of real estate in a New York coop building. He was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and handled an unexpected matter that arose just days before the scheduled closing in an efficient and professional way. I highly recommend his services and his work is excellent. As a fellow attorney, he was also helpful in explaining the differences in NY real estate transactions to me. It would be a pleasure to work with him again on future projects."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
