Divorce
Marilyn Wenz gave me the guidance, professional help, and time that I needed to legalize my divorce. She answered all of my questions throughout the divorce process immediately, and provided assistance through this difficult, frustrating, and upsetting time. She was always available via E-mail, phone call, or conference. She was extremely thorough, as well as professional. I trusted all of her decisions, and I was extremely comfortable with her, as well as her office.

Best lawyer at an affordable price
If you are looking for an attorney, Marilyn is your best option. She is affordable and worked with me on a payment plan. She is responsive and was extremely helpful along the way and made my divorce a little easier to get through.

Smart, helpful, hardworking attorney and staff
Marilyn Wenz and her firm has handled my divorce and child support issues with the utmost respect, importance and efforts. Which is exactly what I needed and looked for in an attorney. She kept in great communication with me throughout the process and worked hard to ensure that I received what was fair and sought out for on my behalf. I highly recommend her....and I have to many people., who have also appreciated her time and services.

Strong Advocate
I was fortunate to have Ms. Wenz successfully represent me in a appellate matter. Although my case was a criminal matter, and not her primary area of practice, Ms. Wenz believed in my case and agreed to file the appeal. Undoubtedly, her hard work, strong writing, and dedication to my case were the reasons why the initial charges against me were all dismissed on appeal. I am forever thankful for the representation I received from Ms. Wenz.

disappointed
Her lack of experience cost me the ability to choose the grounds I wanted to file. Her billing is excessive and escalated because she bills for same services completed by paralegal. Went through retainer after two months.
Response from Marilyn Wenz April 27, 2015
Numerous counsel fee awards have held that I am a well respected and experienced practitioner in the field of matrimonial law and perform legal services that are reasonable and necessary. My billing practices and fees are found to be in keeping with the customary fees charged by other law firms of similar qualifications.
