Smart, helpful, hardworking attorney and staff
Marilyn Wenz and her firm has handled my divorce and child support issues with the utmost respect, importance and efforts. Which is exactly what I needed and looked for in an attorney. She kept in great communication with me throughout the process and worked hard to ensure that I received what was fair and sought out for on my behalf. I highly recommend her....and I have to many people., who have also appreciated her time and services.

Strong Advocate
I was fortunate to have Ms. Wenz successfully represent me in a appellate matter. Although my case was a criminal matter, and not her primary area of practice, Ms. Wenz believed in my case and agreed to file the appeal. Undoubtedly, her hard work, strong writing, and dedication to my case were the reasons why the initial charges against me were all dismissed on appeal. I am forever thankful for the representation I received from Ms. Wenz.

disappointed
Her lack of experience cost me the ability to choose the grounds I wanted to file. Her billing is excessive and escalated because she bills for same services completed by paralegal. Went through retainer after two months.
Response from Marilyn WenzApril 27, 2015
Numerous counsel fee awards have held that I am a well respected and experienced practitioner in the field of matrimonial law and perform legal services that are reasonable and necessary. My billing practices and fees are found to be in keeping with the customary fees charged by other law firms of similar qualifications.
