I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to thank The Law Office Of Marda Rosenbaum for all of their hard work. They saved our home! We can't thank them enough. The staff, Christine, Jan,Desiree,and Marda were all wonderful and great to work with. Christine was particularly amazing! My mortgage c...ompany is notoriously difficult to work with. Christine was relentless in following up with the lender and making sure that everything was submitted correctly. It was great to have her on our side! I would highly recommend this firm if you are in danger of losing your house. Like another reviewer said, they are on another level. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Marda and her team were exceptional through every step of our process. We were working on a rather tricky home mortgage modification at the time and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure a positive outcome. They are quite astute about how the entire process works and they ensure you are always one st...ep ahead. Definitely recommend!

MARDA the attorney was always made me feel very comfortable from the first day I came in and told her my problems with my mortgage. When I talked to her at any point in time it was like talkiing to friend. Also the staff Christine and Desiree were also so friendly and knowledgable. They were all fami...liar with my circumstances and I never felt like I was pushed to the side. Whenever I needed to talk to them they would take care of me and make me feel at ease again. At the end when I received my modification I came in with out an appointment and they accommodated me and went over the entire modification and I was very very happy they got me a 2% interest rate. I'm so happy I was referred to them!!!!!
