want to thank Desiree from the Law office of Marda Rosenbaum for getting my house modified. It was a really hard battle with Suntrust Mortgage. She fought very hard and didn't give up. I was convinced to do a shortsale by another attorney and when I met with Desiree for a second opinion she told me ...not to go through with short sale and try for loan modification and see what the payment could be so I wouldn't lost my home. I'm glad I listened and now I have a great payment and my home is mine. I would definitely recommended this law office to help anyone who is in trouble with there mortgage and prevent foreclosure.

MARDA the attorney was always made me feel very comfortable from the first day I came in and told her my problems with my mortgage. When I talked to her at any point in time it was like talkiing to friend. Also the staff Christine and Desiree were also so friendly and knowledgable. They were all fami...liar with my circumstances and I never felt like I was pushed to the side. Whenever I needed to talk to them they would take care of me and make me feel at ease again. At the end when I received my modification I came in with out an appointment and they accommodated me and went over the entire modification and I was very very happy they got me a 2% interest rate. I'm so happy I was referred to them!!!!!

This law office handled my modification with the utmost professionalism. I was always treated with respect and in a manner showing how much they really cared about helping me save my home. I can only imagine how much aggravation this office has to deal with between the incompetent bank reps and cl...ients that are never happy, regardless of the modified terms, because people who haven't made a mortgage payment in years now have to make one. Even if they received 2%, they will find something to complain about. I give this office the utmost admiration and respect to come in to work everyday and fight like pitbulls knowing all the negativity they endure. Again, I had a top notch experience and would never use any other attorney when it comes to mortgages or real estate. I just wish they practiced in all areas of the law.
