Wendy Kaufmann Goidel

Since age 45 due to a chronic illness, I have updated my estate plans every 5 years to coincide with the ages of my children. I am now 62. Previously a PA resident, I moved to NY 18 months ago and was referred to Wendy Goidel. Despite all my previous experience, I was impressed. The attention to detail in documents leaves nothing to chance (and shouldn't-but in signing my final documents I watched Wendy remove a page after I asked a simple question because she thought that page required more detail). The client is provided a binder completely organized with their documents to make life easier for them and for those handling their affairs when that time comes. Support services are available after the final bill is paid. I have dealt with many attorneys in many different ways, but Wendy surpasses all. She is knowledgeable, sensitive, and fair.
