From the very first phone call to this office I was confident that my divorce would be in great hands with Sandra and her staff. They were always there for any questions that arose in the process. I had an interesting case that really needed some special attention to detail and an almost out of the... box thinking when it came to resolution.. I couldn't be any happier with the end results. Both parties left the conference feeling positive in the decisions we made together. Sandra was there every step of the way and when she couldn't be her staff was!! I highly recommend Sandra. Sandra Radna took over my case after another attorney refused to take it. She represented my daughter in a case against a large retailer where my daughter was seriously injured while in the store. The large retailer's insurance company tried to intimidate us and told us we had no case against them. ...Sandra listened to us and gave us a thorough game plan as to how she would handle our case. Sandra didn't back down against the intimidation of this large retailer and she fought for what was right and in the best interest of my daughter. Sandra was able to negotiate a better than expected settlement. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a smart, capable, and attentive attorney.

I unfortunately did not have a favorable experience with Sandra. Hired Sandra Radna to represent me in my divorce. Problem with not listening to clients wants/needs. She took it upon herself to use standard visitation wording in a settlement agreement when I specifically stated my concerns with my ch...ildren and their father. It was my biggest concern with leaving my husband. She inserted this wording without my knowledge or consent. Charged me for the changes when I explained how the wording was unacceptable. Left out my husbands pension in the settlement agreement. Big item that was overlooked. I did catch the mistake before it went to my husbands attorney. Not something I would expect to be overlooked for $450/hour. Later on I asked for a motion for temporary spousal support, she took it upon herself to add things to the motion that I didn't want or ask for. When I question her about these issues, she becomes very confrontational. Instead of explaining, she becomes defensive. She was without compassion for my situation, very uncaring. Oh and her fees are really high. Thank god I switched. New attorney listens to me. Very, very important. So if you like dismal communication and endless bills and you don't question anything she decides to do or forgets to include, go to Sandra. She won't disappoint.
