Richard J. Quadrino is the CEO and founder of Quadrino Law Group. For nearly three decades, he has been a leader and innovator in the legal field. In fighting for his clients, Rick has forged new ground, shaped aspects of the field of insurance law, and obtained results for clients throughout the country.
In health insurance matters, Richard and his firm represent medical providers to stop unlawful claim audits and clawbacks by health plans, health insurers, or their administrators seeking to recoup monies they voluntarily paid on prior (closed) claims. We also challenge insurance industry schemes and tactics and obtain financial recoveries for medical providers on denied claims.
