Over the course of her career, Ms. von Arx has gained diverse experience in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, and estate proceedings. Since that time, Ms. von Arx has concentrated on multi-party litigation with an emphasis on Labor Law claims and snow removal contractors’ liability defense.
Ms. von Arx is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she was Articles Editor of Margins: Maryland's Law Journal on Race, Religion, Gender & Class. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. von Arx was awarded The Public Service Award for engaging in service and legal work that significantly advanced the public interest. Ms. von Arx is admitted to practice in New York, and the United States District Court, for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
