Very early in my social work career, I found I was facing the unthinkable: an OPD investigation. This was a very frightening period in my life and when the investigation first started, I was afraid to hire a lawyer although many gave me this suggestion. It wasn't until much later that I realized I ne...eded to hire a lawyer. I went online, did some research, and came across Karen Halpern.
