Being a Long Island native, Binish attended Hofstra University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Cum Laude with a double major in Politicial Science and Psychology. Upon graduation, Binish was already enrolled in Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University where her studies culminated in a Juris Doctor degree.
