I worked with Binish to sell my co-op and purchase a co-op at the same time. She worked very efficiently and communicated promptly via email and phone. She also took time to clarify things when I had questions. She went the extra mile to have a closing soon since I was staying at a hotel between tho...se two closings. At the closing, I had an issue with seller's side, she stepped up to find a solution so I was thankfully able to close. It was overwhelming to sell a co-op and buy a co-op at the same time, but Binish made things simple and clear. I would definitely recommend her.
