She is a horrible attorney . I went to her over a month ago with a very time sensitive issue . She promised me my tenant would receive a rent demand letter within 3 days . My tenant was willing to take the letter down to social services to make sure I get the over due rent . I called my tenant 4 days... later and she never received the letter . In the past 4 weeks I called Sharon cook and left at least 10 messages and she never returned my call . I send her 3 emails and she has yet to reply . I even went to her office ad left a message and she never got back to me . She took my money right away in our initial meeting but has acted very unprofessional . I will be contacting the bar association as well . Please do not use this attorney . She should not even be able to practice . She is an absolute disgrace to lawyers .

Sharon helped my family with two evictions from our rental property. It was very complicated involving section 8 and a forged lease. I have recommended her to others. She's bright, experienced, and honest. We are very thankful for her service.
