It was my first time on this website and I came across Mr. Scott Black. I sent him a message and he was so fast with his response I knew I had the right person. My wife received a speeding ticket -30mph over limit - she did something which i dont want to reveal specifics but when i spoke to scott he said it was almost impossible to plea down.
