I was looking at 7 points, a big impact on insurance, significant fines, plus an additional DMV Assessment of $200 per year for 3 years. Attorney-Scott B. Black was able to to reduce the 4 point speed down to a non-moving, no-point “jaywalking” ticket.  This caused no impact on my insurance, nothing... on my license, and a minimal fine of $150. The lane violation, the insurance summons, and the 2 equipment violations that I had received were all completely dismissed.

Scott was fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions and took care of the entire mess for me. I was referred to Scott by a friend who spoke very highly of him. Had to deal with a traffic ticket in a remote NY municipality. Not only was the location too far for me to travel but there laws were very strict: it was either guilty or innocent.
