Diane Elizabeth Kirchhoff

Diane was hired as my real estate attorney through my real estate agent. Throughout the process she was very condescending on the phone. There were emails that were sent that I never received and she insisted I received them. One example being the date, time and location of where I needed to close. W...hat’s more she forwarded me an email about me needing to get a survey done. The email thread showed that she was told to inform me, the buyer, to get a survey done 3 times before she actually told me about it. Absolutely terrible communication. I understand that as a lawyer she may not feel the need to have good manners, or good customer service skills, but it is sad to see how rude she is. I’ve never had a particularly positive experience dealing with lawyers, but she is definitely the worst one I have ever dealt with. Please steer clear of Diane.

Diane kirchoff is the worst attorney ever. If you ever need a real estate attorney, do not choose her. She'll never answer calls, emails, or messages. She'll never side with you and the sellers attorney will do most of the work. She will also try not to do contract with you in the beginning so at the... end, she'll charge you some astronomical amount of money
