Destiny S. Holliday

Attorney Destiny S. Holliday is a dedicated and experienced legal professional with a passion for empowering clients to protect their families and businesses.

As an entrepreneur herself, Destiny founded Ark Social Club, LLC, a vibrant community designed to foster networking, support, and personal growth for young professionals. This experience as a business owner fuels her deep understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs.

Destiny graduated from Adelphi University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Destiny’s legal career began with a valuable foundation as an Assistant District Attorney at the Suffolk County District Attorney Office. There, she honed her trial experience, prosecuting both misdemeanors and felonies, and presenting cases to the grand jury in the Narcotics division.

Following her tenure as a prosecutor, Destiny expanded her expertise in business law and estate planning at prominent firms on Long Island. Today, as the founder of the Law Office of Destiny S. Holliday, PLLC, she continues to collaborate with top-tier attorneys in an of counsel role, ensuring her clients receive the best possible legal guidance.

Holliday was recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Super Lawyers ® Rising Star.

Outside of the office, Destiny is a proud member of Cheer New York, an adult cheerleading team in NYC. She also enjoys spending quality time with her dog, Teddy.
