What a joke. Hired him to vacate a guilty plea. Did nothing. Then he called me to get my car back, more money. Never got my car back. I live near Greenport. Out here it’s who you know not what you know. Stay away from Cassar!!!

No Stars/He is a CRIMINAL himself

Steals retainer. Falsifies invoices. Pretends to do Caselaw research for a trial that he never intends to take his client through. Walks away when he criminally steals your money and your life. He should be in jail. Any other attorney who recommends him is a criminal also. Just watch. You will ...see his name in the news. He will go to Prison.

Excessive Retainer/Fails to Deliver

I agree with “stay away” review from 2018. His retainer fee is excessive because he claims he will need one year of fees for all that is required. Does literally nothing but filing paperwork. Zoom court appearances, while not coming through for me. Not easy to get in touch with and when asked about ...the disappearing retainer, he uses up more of it on nothing but time passing. He should be in need of a criminal lawyer.

He is the REAL DEAL

I hired Mr. Cassar for 3 different issues and he came through in ALL 3 that where divorce, DWI and a home closing. I went through 2 other lawyer for the divorce that cost me thousands and couldn't do what he did in just under 3 months. If a close one has and issue that requires legal counsel my first... and only choice would be this firm!
