Attorney

Andrew helped me with several different matters, including a sticky real estate matter involving an ex-husband and assisting me in starting my new business. Also, as someone who is not from this country, a lot of documents I had to execute and mail that I received were confusing to me. Andrew helpe...d me sort out what was important and what wasn’t, and patiently explained everything in a clear manner. Andrew always made himself available to me on short notice, took as much time as I needed to address all my concerns, and his fees were extremely reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend anyone needing legal services to contact Andrew at Meaney & Meaney PC.

A great decision made in the middle of confusion and sense of lost

It was no long ago, when I found myself lost, confused and hopeless in terms of saving my house. I had unexpectedly lost my job and for more than 3 years i found myself struggling to keep with my mortgage payments. I hired a law firm who was taking care of my mortgage modification. I can say that... these 3 plus years were the most horrible days of my life, no only for me but also for my wife and kids. I remember that I could not sleep thinking of how I am going to provide shelter for my kids. Every month at the end of the month a yellow sticker was left in front of my house reminding me that I was behind on my mortgage payment. I felt so embarrassed, imaging all my neighbors knowing what i was going through because of the this notices, no to mention the picture that they religiously took before leaving the sticker on the front door. In top all that my lawyer was not helping me at all when they keep saying I do not qualify for the Mortgage modification and that I needed to accept the offer which the monthly payment were greater than what I currently had to pay at that time. On day I wake up and said to myself , let me go on line and search for another lawyer, because I have a hunch that I do qualify for a great deal in terms of Mortgage modification. After 3 plus years of struggles and misrepresentation, mis leading, confusion, I thought it was worthy toggle it a try, so I I had nothing to loose since I felt so lost anyway. That is when Mr. Joseph called me, I remember it was around 4pm and I needed to go and pick up my daughter, so when I pickup the phone I tried several time to hung up on him, but something keep me listening and even when I stated several time that I don't need a lawyer anymore...He said these words to me, " Ok, I understand you already have a lawyer working on your behave, so can I ask you a simple question:" I didn't want to be impolite so I replied Yes, He asked, are you satisfied with the outcome, do you feel you are getting what you are entitled to....? Certainly no, I replied...He said give us the opportunity to help you, help me help you and your family to stay in your home. Since that day, my life change for good. In about 4 months I got my modification approved, only me Mr.Andrew once, and that was the before I hired him just to make sure this firm was legit since I met them online. Very reliable, friendly, polite, respond all my calls on a timely matter, personally called me several time to make sure I had summited all the document previously requested. Never missed a single document, I was really surprise. I highly recommend Mr. Andrew to anyone out there that found his herself in a pre-forclusure situation. As a matter of fact, Mr.Andrew already had help several friends and family that I recommended. Best regards, Julio

Andrew Meaney Loan Modification

Andrew is helping me with a modification through one of the major banks. I have found him to be professional, detail oriented and responsive. I did speak to several other attorneys, but felt most comfortable and confident with the Meaney Law Firm.

Sharp, Level-headed and Reasonable

Andrew represented us on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. On the purchase side, it was a competitive process and he kept us focused on the points that mattered. He was always responsive (at all hours) and quickly responded to all requests in order to ensure that we go... to contract as fast as possible without sacrificing our terms. On the sell-side, Andrew did a great job of advocating for us. He did not nit-pick and make the process painful for either side. As with on the buy-side, he kept us focused on the points that truly matter and worked out the other points. Andrew always kept a cool and level head as we worked through various issues throughout the contract and post-close/pre-possession period. We very much appreciated Andrew's approach and thoroughness.

Fantastic Lawyer Could not find better

Andrew was recommended by a friend I was skeptical of any Lawyer But Andrew sat down with me took lot of time out to talk about the problem and how we could get it resolved then he took charge of everything. He had no problem taking my call at anytime of the night. Note I did not call him past 9 pm t...hat would be rude to go past that. He work on and took care of any concern I might of had. He also worked with me on payment issue. I also asked him about many other thing and he always got back to me right away with the info even know it was not related to the project at hand. Andrew is still working on something for me and I could not ask for a more reliable and honest Lawyer ( they are hard to find) I would recommend him over and over again.
