Andrew represented us on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. On the purchase side, it was a competitive process and he kept us focused on the points that mattered. He was always responsive (at all hours) and quickly responded to all requests in order to ensure that we go... to contract as fast as possible without sacrificing our terms. On the sell-side, Andrew did a great job of advocating for us. He did not nit-pick and make the process painful for either side. As with on the buy-side, he kept us focused on the points that truly matter and worked out the other points.
