No, I would definitely not recommend this lawyer, despite that he does charge a reasonable retainer fee, but you get what you pay for. His is not an aggressive lawyer, very passive and laid back with his methods. In court, would not speak on my behalf or present my evidence. When I would make sug...gestion, he would shoot them down. He did not go all out for me as a "client". I had to fire him due to his negligence, carelessness, unresponsive and luckily I did.

Mr. Caner worked with me on my fees and didn't stick a bill in my face every time I saw him. Besides getting me through the divorce, he helped me to see the bigger picture.
