Yvonne Debenedetto

Yvonne is a thief,and has ZERO experience in child support advise or any other topics because of her I lost years of child support as well help with education for my chilren. I felt that she couldnt care less and she never returned my phone calls, I hope she can sleep at night knowing how she took a...dvantage of trusting clients.

We started using Ms. Debenedetto about a year ago. I got so tired of never getting any answers or support from the Attorney's in my State. I went searching the internet and after talking to 11 Lawyers in six different states I found Ms. Debenedetto. If there ever was an Attorney I would recommend it ...would be her. She has now become the whole family's Attorney. She pulled no punches and we always knew where we stood that's all anybody wants good or bad the truth.

I would like to let people know that I do not advise giving this lawyer any money for escrow/closing costs etc. She was given a large sum of money for a purchase of a home that wound up not being purchased and has yet to return the money to me...it has been 6 months. I also at the same time provided ...her with information so she could process a divorce for me and nothing has been done with that either... again 6 months later. I looked her up and did not see any misconduct and she had these awards as well as the Hyatt group recommended her. Well since then the Hyatt group has her account on hold due to these type of situations. In my opinion from the experience I have had I would not even recommend using her at all.
