Mr. Covert and his wife were easy to work with, knowledgeable, and responsive to my phone calls and questions. I was being sued by an out-of-state assisted living facility where my mother had resided (She had been neglected, so I removed her without notice, violating the contract I had signed). After... we discussed seeking a Maryland attorney's help to fight this, it was suggested to me that we should try negotiating a settlement first with the facility's attorney. Mr. Covert was not only successful in convincing the lawyer to drop the lawsuit, but also presented me with a very favorable settlement option. In the end, I paid far less than I would have had fighting the lawsuit, or paying what the assisted living facility was demanding. I am very happy for the Covert's help. I highly recommend them.
