attacks the elderly
Led an assault on a 94 year old woman, supporting a completely crazy individual. Threatened, and has proceeded to withold 8 months rent if she did not RENEW THE LEASE. Isn't that called BLACKMAIL??!! Who needs criminals when the attorney does this??

Endagers the welfare of children
Mr Berger and his son hate children . They are money hungry and will hurt even a child”s safety . They are gross humans . They also don’t return calls and in my opinion hate woman and children . Be careful of this duo .

Upon my first meeting with this lawyer he was very well spoken.But...Lost my bankrupkty case...he does not communicate well with a female judge
