I have used Ron Alber a few times, from closing on my mothers house (when she passed) to the closing when I bought my exhusband out of my house. Ron has always explained everything to me if I didn't understand. At the time of the closings, he had all the paperwork organized and ready to go. If ...I had questions, after the closing, he always responded back. Whenever I sent an email, I received a response back immediately or later the same day.
