Ms. Trainor tried to take two young children away from their own mother, due to the fathers allegations which could not only be proved, but were made by an angry man who has mental health and substance abuse issues. She went out of her way to try and discredit the mother by pushing the father to purs...ue full custody and put unfounded neglect charges on the mom. As a woman, it is extremely hard to see how another woman would try so hard to de-humanize a mother. Margaret Trainor is a fake, ruthless attorney who gives a low retainer rate to rack up higher bills for phone calls, court processing, and court appearances. Be aware when hiring this woman if you want to be properly represented and if you want what is actually best for your family. Margaret Trainor will rip your family apart to get paid.

This lady has NO interest in protecting children who come from a biracial relationship. If and when this woman is aware that the child is not in a safe suitable environment with the mother and the father is Afro-American she makes it more difficult for the father to gain rights. Margaret Mary Trainor... should ashamed of herself as a woman for leaving a child in the care of a person that is of no use, a harm, and threat. Trainor only fights for those who look like her! This women needs to be disbarred !!!!!!!!!!!!! And people need to research this system when it comes to our children. I have a video of my daughter telling me her court appointed lawyer told her not to tell me certain things.....?? This women is not interested in seeing if i was a good father....... no, but stating in court that from the words of an 11 year old who i've been fighting to see for the past 4 years that our bond is broken and doesn't question or investigate ??? Oh and we got into a huge disagreement on her professionalism or lack there of.... She thinks families should be broken apart. research Ted Gunderson, Nancy Schaefer and Robert David Steele .. Every child needs their loving father.

I learned the hard way that choosing the wrong attorney can cost you 22 months out of your child's life. Luckily, Ms. Trainor was highly recommended to me and she was willing to try to pick up the pieces that I thought no Attorney would ever be able to pick up after my former Attorney made the disast...rous mistake of not telling me to appear in court. If you have a child, please do the best thing for your child and retain Margaret Trainor. Please do not make the error that I made of reading AVVO reviews and looking at the number of stars each Attorney has. You need Margaret Trainor because she truly cares about children and is truly a calling to the law profession. MARGARET TRAINOR GETS IT DONE AT TRIAL well after all of the other attorneys have gone home (after taking all of your money) and completely dropped the ball on you and your child well before your trial is even scheduled to begin. Margaret Trainor is incomparable at trial strategy. Margaret has an astounding tireless work ethic. Margaret has limitless knowledge of case law. Margaret has the dedication to never give up. Margaret Trainor has the positive energy and passion to fight for justice for your child every single day no matter how long each day is or how lengthy your trial becomes. I will never forget the starting words of Ms. Trainor's closing argument that, due to the Covid 19 Caronavirus I waited a seemingly endless eternity of 20 months to finally hear: "Your Honor, this is a case of manipulation..." The closing arguments were done virtually and as I listened to Ms. Trainor speak I was able to see everyone's expressions on the computer screen simultaneously and I knew that with every additional sentence out of Ms. Trainor's mouth that my husband's heartless lies and accusations stood less and less of a chance. After an additional 2 months of waiting, I received the Judge's decision: the case against me was completely dismissed. Please, if you have a child, hire the most competent and most caring attorney out there...the more someone tries to take your child away from you by making false accusations against you, the more imperative it is that you retain Margaret Trainor.
