Lynne Adair Kramer

I was referred to this Attorney. Upon visiting with her I was very concerned as she seemed to be condescending. She overlooked my concerns, but instead focused on my ex. I gathered that her impression of my ex was very different than mine by the fact of his being from a rather exclusive family bac...kground. She had the nerve to tell me how impressed she was with my ex’s Attorney. Didn’t take the initiative to ask me much and swayed me not to take this case to court. She took my case but didn’t treat it professionally. On the matter of finances, she was very poor and took my ex’s side without hearing any of my complaints, concerns, etc. Never explained why I should stay in the house until the end and/or any explanations for why I should or shouldn’t do anything? Told me “how do I know if you might get work done on my face?” I was not competent by the fact I had been seeing a Therapist for medically necessary reasons yet that was ignored! My children were never being treated by their father as though they were his. I can go on. The finances were not split, it appeared to me her reasoning was impartial. So I sit here in poverty while he lives it up.

Having hired and used Ms. Kramer in my divorce I was extremely disappointed as I found she did not listen to my needs, seemed to not care much. She seemed to care more about getting my case done quick and refused to respond to my requests thereby leaving me just about destitute, and not checking my e...x's hidden assets so that he is now living rather comfortably.

Very bright. Probably a great divorce lawyer in her day. Now focussed on academic law. As such she does not have time to devote to her clients. In my case her complete lack of responsiveness made a bad situation awful both for me and my children. If she wishes to practice law I hope she begins to thi...nk about the families that depend on her to make an awful situation better.
