This so called support magistrate oversaw a case between my daughter and I a couple of years ago. My daughter walked out! This was on a tape which this magistrate refused to look at for 3 years. I am a widow. I was left without a pension and no medical insurance! I was made to pay $350 a week to a 17... year old that walked out. There was another sibling involved. He was ignored. I am now on public assistance due to this awful case! This case was horrible! There is no justice in Suffolk county courts. A teenager was shown she could get away with anything thanks to the lack of discretion of this support magistrate and the attorneys involved!!! Thanks for tearing our family further apart Livrieri!!
